Each member of our firm provides compassionate, comprehensive legal service, and through rigorous education, research and experience they combine the expertise necessary to design innovative plans and solutions, and the attentiveness to be timely and responsive to the needs of each client.

The experience our team possesses in planning for individual clients, their families and family-owned businesses can be traced to the individual practice of founding partner Louis W. Pierro. In February 1999, Mr. Pierro formed the Firm. Following its growth and expansion over the next eight years, it was renamed Pierro Law Group, LLC in 2007. In 2015, Aaron E. Connor was named Managing Partner and the firm became Pierro, Connor & Associates, LLC. In 2018, Peter J. Strauss was named Senior Partner, and the firm name changed to Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC. In May 2024, Mr. Strauss became Senior Counsel.
Frank E. Hemming III was named a Partner in 2024. He joined Pierro, Connor & Strauss in 2015 as an Associate Attorney and was promoted to Senior Associate. Due to his achievements in the field of long-term care and Medicaid planning as well as his leadership and recognition for excellence among colleagues and clients, today Frank is a member of the Firm’s management team with partners Louis W. Pierro and Aaron E. Connor.
