Frank Hemming concentrates his practice on helping clients of Pierro, Connor & Strauss prepare and file both community and chronic care Medicaid applications. As a frequent presenter in educational forums, he educates individuals and families on asset protection and long-term care planning, and leads the Firm’s monthly webinar series, Medicaid Monday which can be viewed at this link.
Frank is also a frequent host on Life Happens Radio, the Firm’s weekly program airing on Saturdays at 11am on WGY iHeart station.

While in law school, Mr. Hemming interned for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Jeffery G. Berry, one of three County Court judges based in Orange County, New York.
Prior to joining Pierro, Connor & Strauss Mr. Hemming worked as an associate attorney at a medical malpractice defense firm in Albany, New York.
