“I came to appreciate the importance of sound estate, tax and business succession planning early in my career. While obtaining my undergraduate degree in engineering I found I could apply the same engineering analysis and problem-solving methods to the law. When my father passed away, he left several businesses to run, real estate to manage and an estate to be administered. These experiences enabled me to efficiently work with clients to navigate complex challenges people often face in business operations, tax and estate planning situations.”
ARKLEY L. MASTRO, Jr.
Senior Counsel
With decades of experience serving clients in business and corporate matters and estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate and estate administration, Arkley Mastro joined Pierro, Connor & Strauss in 2023. His practice also handles complex residential and commercial real estate transactions and zoning, planning and subdivision matters.
Mr. Mastro came to appreciate the importance of sound estate, tax and business succession planning early in his career when his father passed away, leaving several businesses to run, real estate to manage and an estate to be administered. This personal experience, combined with many years representing business owners, government leaders, boards and commissions, as well as private individuals and families allows Mr. Mastro to bring valuable and effective legal solutions to his clients.
