Social Work Continuing Education hours are available through a partnership with Center for Independence of the Disabled, NY (CIDNY). Center for Independence of the Disabled, NY (CIDNY) is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0768
Important: How to Register for CE Credits
1. SELECT YOUR ATTENDANCE OPTION
Choose whether you will attend in person in Albany or online via Zoom.
2. COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM
Click the corresponding button on the left and fill out the required form.
3. PROCEED TO PAYMENT
After submitting the registration form, you will be directed to the payment page.
4. SUBMIT CE CREDIT PAYMENT
On the payment page, a $140 fee is required to receive 6 CE credits for attending the Elder Law Forum. (Registration without payment does not qualify for CE credits.) Please double-check that your name and email are entered correctly to ensure your credits are issued properly.
***Third-party payment notice: If your employer or organization is paying on your behalf, please ensure your name is included with the payment so CE credits are issued correctly.***
Attendee Requirements
- ONLINE ATTENDEES: Attendees must remain present for the entire webinar. Zoom reports will validate attendance.
- ALBANY ATTENDEES: Sign in at arrival and sign out at departure.
- EVALUATION: You will receive an email with a link to fill out an evaluation form following the event.
- CERTIFICATE: Once your evaluation is submitted, you will then be instructed to download and save the certificate.
