Associate Attorney
Ms. Gallo joined the Capital Region office of Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC as an Associate Attorney in 2024. She practices estate and trust administration. Her focus is on assisting her clients with personalized attention throughout the administration process, which includes working with executors or beneficiaries on settlements of assets passing under wills and trusts, probate proceedings, trust administration and guidance on related tax matters.
Previous Experience
Ms. Gallo’s first job was at a small firm in Garden City, New York, which focused on various areas of law, including trust and estate planning. She then relocated upstate and worked at a firm in Glens Falls, where she assisted clients with litigation for various areas of law for the firm, in addition to trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Gallo then worked for a local bank for seven years, where she handled estates from inception through completion, serving as trustee and executor. She also served as a Trusts and Estates in-house counsel for a company based in Albany, New York.
Education
Mrs. Gallo earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2007, cum laude. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 2008. During her time in Law School, Kimberly interned for a Supreme Court Judge in Kings County. She was selected to intern for a Federal Judge in Islip, New York. Ms. Gallo attended University at Albany and graduated summa cum laude in 2000 with a major in Business Administration.
