REBECCA M. CERNY, ESQ.
Rebecca Cerny worked as a law clerk for Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC during her last year at Albany Law School before joining the firm full time after graduating magna cum laude in May 2016. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose in 2013.
As a student at Albany Law School, Ms. Cerny served as the Executive Editor for Business of the Albany Law Review. She interned at Albany Law School’s Government Law Center where her research was concentrated on the financial exploitation of the elderly. Ms. Cerny also served as an intern at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office and as an intern with the Attorney General’s Office in the Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection. She has published an article in the NYSBA Health Law Journal on the topic of telehealth and telemedicine.
Ms. Cerny’s practice areas include both simple and complex Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Tax Planning, Estate Planning for Retirement Assets, Charitable Giving, Business Succession Planning, and Buy-Sell Agreements.
