Falmouth

Robert Mascali is an attorney with nearly forty five years in the government, non profit and private sectors. He is admitted in Massachusetts and New York. Currently he serves as a fiduciary for individuals with disabilities and is of counsel to clients of Pierro, Connor & Strauss in Latham, NY and New York City.

Mr. Mascali is primarily focused in the areas of Special Needs Planning and Trusts and Estates. He has received a number of awards for his pro bono services and he is also actively involved as a board member of the Falmouth Housing Authority and The ARC of Plymouth and the Upper Cape and as Falmouth’s representative on the quasi governmental Cape Cod Commission.
