BRIAN ANDREW TULLY focuses his law practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law and Asset Preservation. His practice also encompasses the areas of probate and estate litigation, and he is the Long Island Counsel to Pierro & Associates, LLC, New York's premier Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm.

His professional memberships include the New York State, Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations and their Estate and Tax Planning and Elder Law Committees and the American Bar Association's Estate Planning Committee. Brian is also a participating member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Suffolk County Estate Planning Council, the American Society on Aging, the Nursing Home Community Coalition of New York State (NHCCNYS) and the Friends and Relatives of Institutionalized Aged (FRIA). In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association, Inc. and is a Registered Advocate for the Arthritis Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association.

Brian has lectured to public, corporate, human service and professional groups on the benefits of estate and long-term care planning, and he has been interviewed by News 12 Long Island to discuss Elder Care issues.

Brian is the Founder and President of ElderCounsel, Inc., a Geriatric Care Planning & Management Company that specializes in Home Health Care Strategies, Skilled Nursing Facility Referrals, Long- Term Care Plan Assessment, Caregiver Training and Counseling, Public Benefit Assessment and Long-Term Care Insurance Assessment.
